Gold & Gemstones
We take great care to ensure our products are ethically and responsibly sourced. We personally source rough gemstones directly at mines around the world and polish stones in Bangkok, Jaipur, and our NYC offices.
We offer complimentary expedited 2nd Day shipping on all orders. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Jewelry Care
To keep your jewelry as striking as the day you received it, avoid wearing it while bathing, exercising, or in extreme temperatures. Please avoid direct contact with cosmetics and household chemicals. We provide Valani Atelier signature travel pouches with our jewelry for safe storage as well as a cleaning cloth that can be used to gently wipe and renew a piece.
Shipping and Insurance
Valani Atelier offers fully insured, complimentary 2nd Business Day shipping on all orders within the domestic USA.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for shipping.
For pieces with custom engravings, please allow an additional 5 business days.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day.
Valani Atelier insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it has been delivered and signed for at the address you specify. If you have specified a recipient who is not yourself or an address not your own for delivery purposes (e.g., the recipient of a gift or a doorman), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Valani Atelier and transfer of responsibility.
Prior to opening the package, please contact us immediately if there is evidence of damage on the packaging.
For international orders, please email explore@valani.com and a customer care representative will contact you. Please note that you may be responsible for any international duties, taxes, or additional shipping fees.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes because of insurance and liability considerations.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your shipping details and tracking number.
Returns and Refunds
Gift orders placed between November 1 and December 25 may be returned for store credit or exchanged until January 15th of the following year.
Our return and exchange policy applies to gift returns.
We offer store credit or exchanges within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date. We do not provide refunds.
Returns and exchanges require approval and valid on orders placed within the US only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Once a return or exchange request has been approved, we will provide an insured, prepaid FedEx label. Once the label is generated, the package must be scanned by FedEx within fifteen (15) days. Please note we require items to be returned to us via our preferred shipping carrier, so it is insured and protected. If an order is sent to us using an alternate shipping carrier, we will not accept liability and as a result, cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect your item within ten (10) business days to ensure it adheres to our guidelines. Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise must be in original, salable condition with tags attached, unaltered and with the original Valani Atelier box and pouch.
Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, at the sender's expense.
Any variation in size, color, or customization not available for purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is final sale.
Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
To start your return or exchange, simply send an email to explore@valani.com with your Order # and Item Number and Request.
Valani Atelier reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.
This policy only applies to purchases made at valani.com.
Please ensure the correct size and style before engraving and finalizing your order. Refer to our ring size guide and detailed item descriptions to verify the dimensions.
Custom or engraved jewelry items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Valani Atelier is unable to process standard exchanges. For a different size, style, or color, kindly place another order on the website and return the original item within 15 days in its original packaging for a full refund.
